Having met the director Jeanie and seen previous work, I knew ‘Sound It Out’ was going to be good. Then I saw the trailer on IndieGoGo and was spurred into action. My first Saturday job was working in my local record shop – they’re powerful places, libraries for those whose neurotransmitters are craving particulars sound. Unfortunately, vinyl shops are becoming more like dusty old museums. This film captures history.
